Never settled account - no feedback
Hi there, I went to Old Mutual for a consolidation loan and to settle my direct axis account in August<br> End of August I noticed my debit order from Direct Axis, AND end September went off . When I contacted them TWICE, they mentioned I need to email the settlement letter. Which I have ( on September 17) <br> I was told I will receive a phone call when they have investigated the matter, But I have received no further feedback. <br> <br> My settlement letter's ref number : ***<br> Action date : 2015/08/14<br> Estimate visible date : 2015/08/17<br> <br> Thanks so much <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Christo <br> <br>
