Never received the funds after my application has been finalized
It's been a few days now that I've done my application and send through all my documents. I've gotten *** confirmation that everything is fine and my application is being finalized. Yesterday I called and a lady said its all fine its being finalized and I will receive an sms in a few minutes. It's another day after that and I haven't received an sms or the money. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

11 Oct 2026, 12:49It’s been another day and no one has contacted me or money in my account, even after someone from DirectAxis replied on here (hello Peter). I tried phoning the number multiple times today and just get a message saying due to technical details they are unable to assist me now please call again at any time. Then when I call back I get the same message. I wonder if this place still operates.

12 Oct 2026, 19:03This is becoming a joke now. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. And when I call them they say they need to check something with someone else and they’ll come back to me. If this is not sorted tomorrow I’ll cancel and go to someone else. This is ridiculous.
