Never contacted them gets spammed
I have never signed up or contacted this company however every second day I get spam smses from them even after opting out constantly. I decided to call in to the call center just to be asked for my ID number I informed the consultant that I do not wish to provide my ID but will hapily provide my cell number as it is on their systems, after a few seconds I get told sorry we cannot find you on the systems and again got asked emu ID, I am not willing to provide this as I do not want my info on your systems and by willingly giving my ID I agree for you to have my details whish is the opposite of why I called in. I just find it pathetic that companies are not complying to the POPI act of 2013, all I ask is to remove me from your systems.
