Negligence - adverse impact on credit rating

Dear Direct Axis; I am still patiently waiting for someone from, your Finance team to make contact with me. Since my first review on 30 August 2022 I only received an email with links of loan offers. None of which answer my initial inquiry of banking details or settlement amount. This is going to have an adverse impact on my credit rating due to your negligence in the matter. All I need is your banking details so I can settle and pay my account with you. Can I please have a confirmed response via email - *** Please and thank you!
