I would like to lodge a dispute regarding the areas on my Direct Axis account number *** I have made the arrangement with FNB through FNB application and they have open a loan to cover for the covid-19 relief, the account number for the loan is *** for the amount of R24293 to cover three month on Direct Axis and credit card. Now they have reflected my credit record on credit bureau while I have made the arrangement with them.
