Need a better deal from DirectAxis

I feel I am being ********** with interest rate. I have a very good credit rating and feel that I should not be charged the highest interest rate one can be charged just because you can. On advertising Direct Axis is quick to advertise good interest rates but yet I am still to learn of someone that has ever been offered a lower rate with Micro Lenders.Who can I refer this matter to for review? - I have tried calling and referring to no avail as I am just told that is how it is. Please can someone review my interest rate and advise I am not happy at all and to top it all off I am part of the same group yet no benefit?
