My backs against the wall
I reported to direct axis my problem they would not help me with a reduced amount i was told to default. I reported the matter on hello peter got a reponce and a promise tp assist me as i have a good name with the company. Then surprise surprise wen i want to settle my account increases with R6000.00 when i was told that interest would be R300.00 a month now i cant settle my account. I am being punished because of the lack of service and the imability to keep promises. Please i want to settle this accpint but i can not be abused like this, is tgis how you treat loyalty.
