My account paid up but not cleared

Hi<br> <br> I paid up my Call Direct loan with Direct Axis but my account is not cleared with the credit bureau and when I called them, the lady that I was talking to just said that they'll forward my call somewhere else, next thing the call was cut off. My account was handed over and they told me that they had that they informed Direct Axis that I had paid up but still they hadn't updated my account<br> <br> It costs too much money to keep on calling these guys and you don't get help. I just want my name to be cleared<br> <br> Regards
