My Account is still not closed since a request was sent on 11 April 2023
I recommend anyone not to take a loan or any service with DirectAxis. They only respond on Hello Peter and not on my emails. Last week I wrote a complaint about my account which I have since paid (overpaid) to be closed and had made a request on the 11 April 2023 but has not yet been closed. A Complaint Reference *** was generated but nothing has been done as yet. They promised me that they will get someone to call me and furnish me with the details about why the request sent on the 11 April 2023 was not actioned after having acknowledged that I indeed submitted a request on the 11 April 2023. I'm a very frustrated customer who never defaulted on any of my payment since I took a loan with them.

11 May 2023, 17:26Hi,
Don't you find this to be very concerning that each time I want an answer I have to come to Hellopeter because your own communication channels are not effective a customer? This is the platform where I do get an answer. Please furnish me with all the details. How long does it take for the refund to be made? When did you log/register the refund process on your side? What is the expected time that I should expect the payment to be made? Make a clear and prescribe communication to help me align my expectation. Please understand my position. This is a request I made on the 11th of April 2023 and to simply give an answer that it was logged does not help me to understand when it will be concluded. Today marks exactly a month since I made my first request. Today also marks exactly 9 days (7 days excluding weekends) since I lodged a complaint (ref ***) about my initial request on the 11th of April 2023.
Given the above context, keeping me in the loop should mean informing me exactly when I should expect the payment to be made, how long does the process takes, was there any outstanding information from my initial request, if yes, why was I not informed about it ?, when was it lodged since I submitted my request on the 11th of April 2023? When a client takes a loan and defaults on payment, you immediately call them and demand a payment because you have to right based on the loan agreement. If the above questions are not going to be answered in full and I'm still in the dark about your processes, I'm going to lodge a complaint with the NCR about your lack of transparency and your capacity and your ability to assist a client with basic information regarding their account(s). The information stated in my complaint (ref ***) has not been responded to since the day I asked them.
