I made a error payment on 25March 2021 to Direct Axis. I send 21 emails to customer care and phoned everyday no assistance no accountability no feedback. The worst Company and call Centre hanging on for hours on ***.Do the CEO even check our ratings. Stay away don't do business with them they absolutely useless.
