More insanity from DirectAxis - follow up on complaint with same content on 1 March 2018

More insanity from Direct Axis - There is just NO customer-centricity in this company!!! Even after emailing you to stop calling me, asking you telephonically to stop calling me and doing the HelloPeter complaint on 1 March 2018, I still received 62 calls from you. The insane calling started again at 07:10 this morning and I had 10 calls already. I sent an email explaining everything but you still call - do you perhaps have one sensible person with a brain and human understanding in your Company who can READ my mail and make a note on your system that it would have no effect if you keep on calling me? Or can you turn rocks into rands over there too? Please can you amend your work strategies - you are giving me the worst taste in the month ever after dealing with a loan company and reading through the comments from March 2018 after mine on 1 March, it seems to be that you have established a pattern of being nasty / not listening / not responding to emails/ not taking note of the contents of emails / not having any close iota of understanding when a matter is explained to you / that you really don't mind HARASSING PEOPLE. I would like to advise anyone reading my complaints not to ever have anything to do with you. EVER. The only time when you are helpful / friendly / kind / customer-centric / human / listening (all customer good experiences included), is the moment a loan is signed up. Thereafter the customer is just a number with you and all sanity flows out of the window. Once again, if I have explained a situation to you - very thoroughly - why do you keep on calling me about it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again andagain and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again - this is the amount of times you did end of Feb and then today again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and.... counting. Where did you guys learn how to work with people? It is really unacceptable that a customer talks to you but YOU DO NOT LISTEN. When there is a reality BUT YOU DO NOT CARE. That a person is in distress BUT YOU HARASS AND HARASS AND HARASS to a point that social media is the only way to shame you - but that does not even seem to work anymore either. Please can you come to your senses - you are ****ing your own image.

I fail to understand the harassment from you. On 28 Feb 2018 I "lost my job" - I explained to you that I am only able to pay R1000 out of the ±R1800 payable at that point but you called me 62 times! If I had money, I would NOT pay you: I would go NOW and buy a phone that allows me to BLOCK you. I started working on 22 March 2018 only and thus my salary end of March was R7000 only - again I was only able to pay you R1000 - I did not pay NOTHING but I have other obligations apart from you never mind living expenses and petrol for April. Again that flies past you - 24 calls already in April. There is nothing more I can do, I have explained it but you keep on calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling - insane isn't it?
