Missing from Direct Axis system but deducting money.

Good day, I've been struggling now for 2 months to get hold of someone at DirectAxis to get documentation on my loan and to change my banking details. They keep on telling me they kind find me on the system, but when it gets to the end of the month then they can find me to deduct the re-payment. Poor service for all I know I don't even owe them money anymore.
