Misleading statememnts

My name is Joel I've been a client for direct axis for the past 2 years;I have a loan that is due in April according to my calculations and their statements;now when I phone them to ask for my latest statement it says that my loan is due sep I phoned them already still thy CNT help me I'm so stressed cause this is not fair anyone who can be able to give me any idea of what to do I will be happy I can't let them get away with what they have done;I've never skipped a single payment I don't deserve what thy doing I asked the guy who was helping me on the ohn to give me their head office number but he couldn't give me so I suspect that they are doing a doddgy business
