Misleading Information to gain Sales
My husband app**** and was granted a personal loan from Direct Axis.Pay out was received.Subsequent to this, he was called and advised that he qualified for a further amount of money, which needed my signature as we are married in COP. The forms that were sent were all to do about registering an additional bond through our existing bond, however what he was told to totally different to this. He was advised that this was merely a formality and that the bond will only be used as a surety should we sell our property then the Direct Axis loan will have to be paid up in full. She kept on calling and smsing to advise this. The documents i was sent were all to do with registering an additional bond<br> Affidavit to allow a registering of an additional bond through a third party/Spouses consent form/Bond application forms. This is being ********* and no integrity was forth-coming.My issue with this is that even-though we have NOT taken up this offer, there are consumers who are desperate and may not know this is being done. This may put their homes in jeapordy.THIS IS SO WRONG and they have not been transparent in their processes.
