I took out a loan for R100,000
The sum owed with interest is R150,000
I then Paid R40,000 after 3 months
My statement should read that I owe R60,000 + Interest = +- R85000 (However the statement suggests I still owe the interest on the money I have paid back) R110,000. Which is not correct,

Legally a company cannot charge you interest on money that is not owed. This is in breach of the FAIS act and is 100% *******. I will be opening a case of ***** and misleading the client with the Ombudsman.

I would like my statement to reflect what I owe + Interest as stipulated in the FAIS act and I would an apology for being mislead. If I am charged for interest on money not loaned/owed, I will be opening a legal case and taking action against DirectAxis with the help of the regulatory bodies which have been put in place to protect the public (me) from ********** behavior in the financial marketplace.

There is no amount of telling me on the phone any story. I simply don't care what your story is. I want to see what I owe. Nothing more nothing less! This is not a magic show, trickery is not something a good honest company should use with their good honest hard working customers.

Thank You
