Misconduct
I settled this account in July already and still they are showing a balance o/standing on my credit profile. I have lodged about 4 complaints with no response, they read it but they do not reply at all. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting the NCR and Ombudsman as well as lawyer if this is not resolved by the end of this week.
