Medically boarded, claim submitted over a month ago- still no response

I was medically boarded and I submitted my insurance claim application for my personal loan to be covered. It has now been over a month and I have still not received any response or feedback from Direct Axis.

I have been to FNB, Protea Glen Branch countless times to try and get help, but I receive very little to no help at all. I am just sent from pillar to post with no resolution.

To make matters worse, Direct Axis has now handed me over to Nimble. I believe this is unfair based on the fact that I'm a 59 year old, with Kidney failure for over 10 years and because I already submitted my insurance claim forms. Now that I'm in need of this insurance due to my worsening condition and deteriorating health, I face such problems. How can I be handed over for collection when my claim is still pending and should cover the loan?

I am frustrated, stressed, and left in the dark during a very difficult time in my life. All I want is for Direct Axis to process my claim and give me a clear answer.

I would not recommend Direct Axis based on this experience.
