I Fikenini Grace Makhubu Contact details *** i took a loan with direct axis about 10years ago and they have been deducting direct from my disability funds for the past 7years without failure i think i have settled the loan amount in full long time ago, to my surprise i tried to called and emailed them and they requested that i send a proof deductions which i did but they are still deducting the amount of R3488 till date, can they please assist as according to my knowledge i have finished paying my loan, but when i called them they are no longer responding to my emails and calls, hope this matter will be resolved quickly as i am currently on disability funds and that is the only source of income, to my surprise the loan agreement has the insurance, hope this matter will be resolved soon and i want direct axis to refund me all the money that they were deducting all this years.

16 Apr 2026, 06:42I'm still waiting as they promised to call me back, even when i call direct Axis, i don't get any help, but they left me with no choice but to solve this matter with the legal way. Direct Axis is a **** want to also warn others that they must be careful about this company.
