MBD and DirectAxis are a Disappointment to the core

My DirectAxis Account has been handed over for legal collections to MBD. I want to settle my account to no help from both companies. I called both Companies several times to get a statement from MBD or DirectAxis to confirm that MBD has an arrangement to deduct my account to pay to DirectAxis, or a settlement letter that shows the current collector which is MBD, they said they do not have anything they can give to me hence they have been deducting from my account for months. it look like they do not know what they deducting and for how much.They keep saying they are waiting for DirectAxis to send them the statement of which is not what I'm looking for. Both Companies are of no help as I have been waiting for days now. The lady we spoke to at DirectAxis was so unprofessional and so disruptive, she did not want to resolve the query or listen to the request. She then put the phone down on us. I'm so disappointed in both companies.
