I will be going on maternity leave in 2 months. As per the policy document, I am entitled to a 2 month payment break whlst on maternity leave. I have tried calling the Direct Axis call centre on numerous occasions to notify them of my pregnancy and have been pushed from pillar to post. Every department I get through to mention that it is the incorrect department and transfers me to another department who then advises that they are the incorrect department. Their service when completing a loan application is excdptional, however, when I know require their assistance, I am really disappointed. Note that I do not receive maternity leave benefits and therefore the 2 month benefit will be appreciated. Guess they will contact me when a debit order is returned unpaid.
