LOUD NOISE AT NIGHT - UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am living in one of the town houses in Mocke Road. Last night, Direct Axis decided that the work must be done at night.- extremely loud noise - my husband later on called the police and municipality.

Did you even think how the noise would effect the people staying opposite Direct Axis??????? Where is your customer care now????? I need to send my son today to school, extremely tired because he could not sleep,,,, because you decided that the work must be done at night???????

Put yourself in my shoes - imagine that noise was next to your house and you, 7 months pregnant did not get any sleep, neither did your husband or your child, and today you need to go to work???? How you you think will the work output be today, or the concentration at school????

You are extremely selfish in working at night, and if this happen in the future I will not stop calling or complain to the police and municipality until something is done about this.

Your back roll up door has been making a noise for how long when you open and close it, but a big company like yours can't even fix it or put oil in it?????????? Just remember, the people living opposite the road is also customers..... I do exspect a reply mail from the maintenance manager or who ever approved this work being done at night.
