LOAN TAKEN OUT ON MY NAME WITH **** DOCUMENTS

My ID has been *****ently used to make a loan at Direct Axis and the only way I discovered this is they are affiliated to FNB so a personal loan comes up on my profile I call the bank and they tell me it is a Wesbank loan which I do not have and Wesbank and direct axis are affiliated - First rand Call them they tell me I took out a loan they have my ID number and they say they paid it into a Nedbank account which is also in my name which was *****ently opened as well I have never had a Nedbank account nor a loan from Direct Axis How do these people do checks on people who apply for loans I have to run around and try and get this sorted and they do not respond to emails I now have to wait for Nedbank to prove that the account was opened *****ently before Direct Axis does anything about it They can clearly see the documents are **** but won’t show me the ID that they approved a loan on This loan is now on my name and I need it taken off as it will affect my credit
