loan taken by someone else using my details

i had a person that owed me money .she asked me for my account details and said the money will come straight to my account . and she needed my details <br> she said that she app**** for a loan and that she needed to use my account and the first two debits will go off my account ,thereafter it will be debited from her account . that is what had happened two months the debit went off my account and then stopped so i assumed the debit order was now changed to the persons details .<br> months later i get calls and sms saying i need to make payment and that i was handed over to debt collecters.<br> how was i granted a loan on my name without my id document. how was i granted a loan on my name when i was unemployed at that time .how was that money given on my name when i have not signed any legal documents. just because i had a good credit rating does not mean a loan could have been granted withou legal binding documents
