Loan Sharks
I took a loan with Direct Axis and was forced to take insurance with it which included cover for retrenchment. I was entrenched in May 2019 which was 18 months after the loan was taken. I app**** for insurance and my claim was approved but told that I have to pay for June 2019 as the insurance will start taking over from July 2019 which I did. At the end of July when the first payment from insurance was suppose to start Direct Axis debited my account again and when I asked the insurance company about that they told me that they've paid my account with Direct Axis. I have sent Direct Axis numerous emails to their customer services and even copied their custome service manager querying this but as usual they never responded to any of my queries
