Loan Settlement
I've been trying to get hold of Direct Axis through their number but with no luck. Then I decided to fill in their online loan application form and they were quick to call me. After telling the agent (Nonopha) the real reason why I filled their online application form she hung up the phone on me. So I'm stuck with this company, I want to settle my account with them but it's difficult to get hold of them, but when it comes to loan applications they are quick to call you.

We have had a look at your application and there seems to be an error on the application which was out of your control.
