Loan payout no happening after a week!
<p>I was approved for a loan a week ago. All document sent in as requested. Teo days later they notify me to submit documents again that was incorrect. Done it and was told I will receive a reply sms soon that payout will take place. Two days later I contact them again to find out what is happening as I need to attend to urgent matters and I only get told that they have received the documents but they are very busy so they will attend to it. Two days later again I call and get the same answer, documents have been received and I mist wait for the sms to come through after which pay out will be made. It is now two days later again and still nothing!! I had very good service before but this is unacceptable!</p>
