Loan *****

Good afternoon,the reason why I am posting this on hello Peter is because I don't want this to happen to someone else. Last week thursday 30th of July I received a call from direct axis saying that my debit order was sent back, so I told them that cant be because I paid the loan in full (cash).So I asked the guy what amount the loan was,hr said it was for a R 100 000 so right there I suspected *****,and damn was I right,someone stole my identity and took out a loan on my name, so now my problem is clearing my name,and this is totally *****ing up my ITC record because I am blacklisted now,but this will not be the last TIME Direct Axis will hear from seeing that I lost the dream job because they dan a credit check and found name blacklisted,so now I have a loss of a better income and this will be taken to my lawyer so that DIRECT Axis won't do this in the future to someone else,the procedure was not followed correct on Direct Axis side at all, I mean the guy even gave my job (where I work) up and my exact salary amount, they did not even phone my work to confirm if I work there.,how the he'll, then any Tom **** and HARRY can get a loan,so please people be aware of Direct Axis.
