Loan declined after having been approved

I am very disappointed in Direct Axis. I app**** for a loan which was approved but not on the terms that I app**** for. I cancelled the application and received a sms stating that I can still move forward with the application for a limited time. I then app**** again and all of the sudden the loan was unsuccessful. I have a good credit record and have been a loyal customer of Direct Axis for many years and have never skipped a payment. I cannot understand how my loan could be approved a day or two ago and now all of the sudden it is declined. Makes absolutely no sense. I am very disappointed that Direct Axis deals with a loyal customer in this manner.
