LOAN BALANCE NOT REDUCED

I got a call a month or 2 back from a lady called Amina Peer from direct axis who said due to my good payment with direct axis they have awarded me R30 000 payment towards my loan. I was so happy but since then I have received no communications regarding this, not even my statement balance has been updated to reflect this award.

I called on the 23rd and direct axis consultant informed me that I will only be able to get assistance if I have the ladys name who I spoke to, i had written it down at that time but did not have the book id written on with me. Today I call back and I am passed through to almost 5 consultants who claim to know nothing about an Amina peer, nor the fact that direct axis was awarding its customers with a payment towards their loans.

I advised that I recently signed up with FNB and one of their offeres was payment towards my direct axis loan of which I chose that option but I have not received a call from FNB, when I spoke to Amina peer she advised that she was not calling from FNB but from direct axis but when I speak to direct axis I have no way of contacting Amina peer, which she advised that should I need her I should just call the main line and ask for her and they will pass me through.

That is not happening right now, instead I am the headless chicken looking as if I am making up stories when I know I received that call!
