Loan Approved Twice then declined

On 8 Feb I app**** for a loan. The loan was approved and payslips requested. I did send it on Tuesday. Phoning this morning ****h) i was told the loan is approved but i need to resend my payslips. The quotation was done, accepted and i was informed the funds will be transferred today. Again i received a sms saying all is approved. I asked the consultant if this was 100% as i need to book dental operation and she insured me yes, the funds will be transferred today. <br> This afternoon i received a sms saying the amount was reduced and i will be contacted. I phoned and was informed the loan is now DECLINED. No manager was available to speak to. This is unacceptable, you can not approve me twice on one day (per sms as well) and then just to be told - it is your problem we can not help you.
