loan approved and then not approved

i was in a desperate situation so i ventured online to look who could aassist, to my pleasant surprise and delight directaxis resonded promtly and positively... the loan was approved pending neccessary documents: which i sent through, only to be told loan has been unsuccessful,. okay: this after i have received all documentation>> loan agreement with the funeral policy and hospital plan... so i decided if im not getting the loan i wouldnt be needing to do any business with directaxis so i called back to have these cancelled the consultant rudely told e to call Hollard because the poicies are not their products . like really?what kind of customer service is this????
