Loan application process

I app**** for a loan in December with direct axis and I have been getting the run around since then, my loan was first counceled and was told that a ***** investigation was done against it, after speaking to Maletsatsi who called me on Saturday 16 January 2021 she cornfimed everything including my banking details and today when I went there I was told by Mr DeKerk that the loan has been paid to another account number, my name has been dented and my credit score has decreased due to this and I cannot apply anywhere else I want my money as I have signed a contract that I will be receiving R5000, 00 i want it today this is not my fault.
