Loan Application Greyed out button??

Absolutely Useless!!! I have app**** for a loan on Sunday, of which I was approved. Once money was supposed to be paid into my account I got a message stating that the loan has been Cancelled. Cancelled by??? No one can answer my question. So I phoned again and yes you wait 30minutes just to get through if you are lucky. Then once you get through you get placed on hold for another half an hour. Once someone was finally available to speak to me they indicated that I have to do the application again, which I did frustrating as it might be. Then they said all is good I will get a call from one of the call agents to go through the contract and money will be released to my bank account once I accept the Mandates on my banking app. I have waited 2 days for them to call me. So Today I have decided to call them... ... again 30minutes of holding and 30minutes of being placed on hold... I finally got through to speak to a call agent. This Call agent then indicated to myself that they payment could not be made as the payment button is greyed out on their system (Sounds ridiculous to me). So they will have IT get involved to get the payment button sorted out for me ASAP. Yes, ASAP means never getting back to you, or answering your 100's of calls that you make to them.

I finally just spoke to a another call agent, she said she will have a email sent to her manager...not as if I had not heard this before from them.

Moral of my story, NO Money in my Account, 2 x Mandates approved on my Banking app for them to collect my money.

These people are schemers and are pathetic!!!
