Loan Application
Why is it that no one can come back to you when you have sent 6emails just to ask how far you are with a loan application-its just a new loan top up of the old one yet no one seems to want to help.I have sent it as URGENT a few times,get a call....we will send a email shortly,yet nothing happens.This seems to be the new norm.
