Loan application

I made a loan application with Direct Axis and I submitted all the documents that they requested from me, according to their turnaround time loans get approved in just few minutes but right now it's almost 3 weeks and their communication style stinks, no professionalism from their staff and I I wrote several emails almost on a daily basis but none of my emails were answered and/or acknowledged now I am at point where I am about to let go just purely because I don't know if I can rely on them. I lost confidence in them and when Ms Nicky Hill contacted me to offer me the loan as I have never contacted them. I gave her full audience as busy as I was that she was smooth talking to me and another one by the name of Kate contacted me to advise me she considers loan applications or loan coordinator I told her that all my documents were sent to Nicky Hill she undertook that she she is going to get back to me and 3 weeks later I'm still in limbo
