Loan application

I app**** for a loan and the loan was pre-approved on the 23 March after they requested my personal documents which I've sent they said on the 27 March the loan was approved I even approved the debit amount in my bank. After that, they said the money will be in my bank within 24 to 48 hours and that passed when I try calling them my number is being rejected.
