loan account not closed after being paid up
i had a loan with DA -and its been paid up for a few months (2019) since then i still keep getting a statement saying i have an amount owing.. i have called the call center many times and was told that the account will be closed and i dont owe anything.. however i dont have it showing as an amount on my bank account. i need this account closed ASAP.
