Loan

I am very disappointed and frustrated with this damn company. They have failed to debit for two months without communicating with me. I have made several calls to direct axis and I was taken from pillar to post. I even sent emails and was promised to get back to me but no one did. I now receive calls from collectors saying I failed to pay. How did I fail? Direct axis please call me to fix your mess. You failed to debit my account and now you expect me to run like a headless chicken because of you *********** staff members. Fix your mess
