Loan

I was approved for payment holiday in March, the company DirectAxis offered me Cashflow relief to cover for 3 months, that also was approved, I have all the documents in place. My initial loan is supposed to start normally 1 September 2020. Last week on 7th August 2020, I received an sms that my account has been handed to Hammond Pole Attorneys for collection.

I then contacted this unprofessional company, I did not get any help. I then send an email to the manager Nabeelah from collections department he/she did not respond.

These ........ don't even deserve a star.
