Loan
Good day<br> i requested a settlement on my direct axis loan, of which settled the weak after,when i spoke to the consultant i requested the settlement and she did not advise that the debit order will still go off. I disagree with this as the purpose of the settlement was to settle the loan without any debit order going off, i have been a customer of direct axis for a long time and have never defaulted on my loan, this service is not good as up to today have never received any feedback
