Listed on ITC for closed account

I was under debt review but my Direct axis loan was fully paid and settled. I received a letter from your Debt Review department stating that my account has been paid in full and closed.<br> On my ITC payment profile the full amount of R 15909 still shows as outstanding and is ruining my credit record.<br> I have a letter of proof that the account is closed and want you to contact ITC and correct this with them asap. You cannot list my R 15 909 as arrears for 2 years while the account has been settled on 10/12/2013<br> <br> I need to know what you are going to do to rectify...
