Listed on ITC but account in paid up in 2013

During 2013, I paid up my Direct Axis account and received a closure letter dated 13 November 2013. <br> On 1 April 2015 when I app**** for vehicle finance with FNB Wesbank, my application was declined. Reason given: - my name is listed on ITC for a bad debt written off by Direct Axis.<br> I contacted Direct Axis, spoke to 4 consultants and eventually a Team Leader, and they all informed that they are unable to assist. According to them this has to reflect on my ITC for a minimum period of 2 years.<br> I fail to understand this, and more importantly I am extremely disturbed by the lack of \Customer Service"FNB"
