Laid back Call Centre

For the last week Ive been trying to get a paid up letter on my account which i settled in December 2014.<br> <br> I phone the call centre and they say yes sure we can help and they put you on hold for more than 20 min at a time and then they just drop the call. i don't have the time to sit and hold the whole day on the phone nor have the time to sit at my bank for them to try and assist me.<br> <br> Could someone just please sort this laid back call centre out and the *********** staff there. One just cant simply call and call and call and then still get no reaction out of them. Every time when i phone back they tell me they can see Ive requested for it and then ask me to.... HOLD once again. And then still nothing<br> <br> I want a paid up letter of my account ASAP.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br>
