Lack of communication
I am a customer of Directaxis. When it comes to communicating with them that is where they fall flat. I work right next door to them and thought communicating with them would be easier. Wrong. I have tried to phone them on numerous occasions regarding a paid up letter that I wanted. When you spend 25 minutes and more listening to a plastic voice its already a problem. I thought let me phone first thing in the morning 8 am. HA HA. Big joke again plastic voice" please be patient as we have high call volume , we will answer your call soon" You tell me at 8 am in the morning. Thats a permanent recording. I thought well thats the last straw.
I decided to go to their offices directly seeing its walking distance from me. I requested to speak with a consultant. I gave Him all my details and He promised with 48 hours I will have my paid up letter. Well I waited and nothing happened. I decided to visit their offices again. I spoke with another lady there as usual gave Her all my details. She promised me that She will get in contact with the right person and sort it out for me. She even gave me Her direct contact number and e mail. Once again I waited and nothing happened. So I decided to e mail this lady and She rep**** a day later and said She will take it up with the person who is supposed to be dealing with my request. I waited again and e mailed Her again to find out whats going on.
Well She has given me now the silent treatment. I told Her in my last mail that I will be making an appointment to see the Director of the Company with all my e mails etc in hand. At the end of the day I am their customer. My account has been paid up since Jan 2022. They are very quick to give you a loan and also very quick to deduct your monthly payment but when it comes to communication its disgusting. They are not the only Company I have experienced this with.
If yo u look at the back of their Company where their smoking area is just see how many people are outside. But Ja what can I say.
Customer is supposed to be King and communication is supposed to be the key to any business.
