Lack of communication

I sent directaxis an email requesting them to cancel the credit life policy/insurance. I sent them my life cover schedule proving that I have insurance in place and that I don't need it as it didn't assist me when I lost my job. This was sent thrice. It was 2st sent on the 05-04-2024 the second email was sent on the 08-04-2024 and the last was sent on the 15-04-2024 till date I have not yet received feedback on my cancelation
