its a day light *******

i have a loan with direct axis which debit my account month end, on Friday i made a mistake and transfer money into my loan account as its linked to my fnb accounts, i tried to get it reversed and it could not work, to cut the long story short, i don't understand why its difficult for them to refund wheres they are the same company as FNb they are telling me i should wait for 7 -10 days and also email them a proof of payment on something that they can see its reflecting , i did all that and they promised to contact me in 24 hours, as am speaking to you no one bothered to contact me, no one cares what i wanted to do with the money . i want my money back today or they should just kiss their loan repayment goodbye , i can battle whilst they sit on my money . i can choose to change the bank where my salary and dissapear if i want lets see who will loose out , who cares about being black listed?, they can choose between loosing 200 000 over 1500. their service is soo pathetic if you may ask . i regret ever taking their stupid loan, after all their interest is soo ridiculous. they are soo nice when they want you to take the loan but take it if you want to see their true colours
