ITC ACCOUNT UPDATE A NIGHTMARE

This is by far the worst company to deal with. I paid off my loan account on the 6 February 2021 and to date no updates have been done on my profile with the credit bureaus. This is impacting my home loan application as this should have been updated already. I guess now my life has to be on hold until someone at Directaxis decides to do their job and update with the credit bureaus. The paid up letter is simply not enough and as promised you should have updated my ITC profile within 40 days. I gave you the 40 days to do so, how long should I have to wait because your customer service department or the legal department do not exist.
