Issue not resolved

I received numerous text messages and letters from Direct Axis to take out a loan and I ignored them, last week I received another letter with a gold card. The letter is misleading because it says we don't offer a gold card to just anybody, our risk manager carefully selects prospective customers based on their financial profiles and credit information, and its my privilege to contact those who qualify directly. why has my application been declined??? Direct Axis you are ruining my credit profile as the enquiry will stay on my report for two years and I would never have app**** had it been not for your misleading letter.I have been working very hard to improving my credit profile and this will only negatively affect my rating. <br> <br> Not Impressed: This matter is not resolved, your consultant could not answer any of my questions and she promised to call me back after speaking to her manager regarding the fact that your letter was misleading.
