Is Directaxis slowing down processes to retain money

I app**** for a personal loan at Wesbank cash power being adminstered by Dirextaxis on 06/02/2017.

Al went well via phone and my loan was approved after they received all the documents required from me. I kept on receiving sms's that all documents was received but due to high volumes....". I also paid the inisiation fee of R1367.

on 21/02/2017 I received an sms that my loan was cancelled due to documents required even though I received an sms a few minutes before that confirmed all documents has been received.Being on the phone for 20 min I was informed that I have to start the process all over again. I resent all the documents and suddenly the monthly payments tariff has changed.

Again I receive sms's that my documents was received untill the 27/02/2017. Again a sms that my loan was cacelled! Again on the phone for 20 minutes while a huge party was going on in their offices. The phone call was drop and I phoned again. The consultant will reopen the appilcation and I have to sent yet another document. This time around my proof of residence and bank accounts again. Payment will happen in the next 24 hours.

06/03/2017 I phoned to follow-up. Again I have to hear that my loan has been cancelled due to documents outstanding. No one could give me an answer what documents.

It's been a month since I've started the application and has been pushed around between consultants and calm by sms's. If I knew this was the case I would have never app**** for Wesbank cash loan. I had to make a urgent payment before the end of February 2017 and due to Dirextaxis I could not follow up on my promises.

DirectAxis, you've contacted me the day after I post this rewiew on hellopeter and informed me that my loan was unsucsessfull. You kept me hanging for a month to tell me. Why not tell me right in the beginning? This is no way to do business.
