Interests too high.
I have used DirectAxis in more than one occasion for my loan needs and I noticed that the interest on the loan are extremely high. My instalment has been R1700 which is only equal to around R1200 repayment a month. On R7000 remaining balance they take about R300 interest, R69 NCA, R98 Vap premium and there is about R86 Rebate interest which I do not know what it does. About R500 goes to interests only.
Their mailed statement makes no sense when I go through it and I have an advance amount paid which I am not sure if it makes any difference. I can't even see on the statement when is my last debit order.
